Hevert-Arzneimittel has startet a cooperative partnership with one of the eldest and most prestigious insitutes for naturopathy in North America, the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon in the US. In 1956, Dorothea and Emil Hevert founded the company Hevert in Bad Sobernheim, Rhineland-Palatinate. In the same year, the NCNM was set up in Portland, Oregon in the US. Although divided by half of the world, until today they share a mutual dedication to naturopathy.
As part of the collaboration they are developing a curriculum for a master's programm in homeopathy and complex homeopathy. In addition, graduates will receive financial and practical assistance with setting up their own practices. Hevert is also committed to supporting the clinic connected to the medical college: Generous donations of Hevert medicines aim to improve health care for needy patients in Portland.
Through summer 2018, the pharmaceutical company will help provide funding, amounting to $495,000, for several new college programs in order to improve the training in naturopathy. Together NCNM and Hevert will work to sustainably broaden the reach and influence of naturopathy and homeopathy in the US. With NCNM Hevert wins an experienced and strong partner: the eldest accredited naturopathic medical college in North America.
NCNM President David J. Schleich, PhD, said about the new partnership: "We are delighted by the perfect symmetry of interests that we share with our friends at Hevert. Not only was Hevert founded in the same year as NCNM, furthermore we share a mutual commitment to naturopathy and the wish to back up as well as to give notice of the effectiveness of naturopathy and homeopathy which has been proved by many studies. We are grateful for the tremendous vote of confidence that Hevert has expressed in NCNM's educational leadership, as evidenced by the generous support. I'm looking forward to visiting the company headquarters of Hevert in Bad Sobernheim and Nussbaum this summer and to intensify our collaboration."
"We are able to optimally support our partner NCNM via our US-office in Eugene, Oregon," Marcus Hevert, Managing Director of Hevert, states. "By these means, the knowledge transfer between our German headquarters and our partner here at the Pacific Ocean is guaranteed. Not only are we able to strengthen the knowledge about traditional European naturopathy and German complex homeopathy in the US. At the same time, our European customers may benefit from the innovative naturopathic approaches of the New World."
Here you will find German pharmacies which also sell and deliver abroad.
