New board member at Hevert-Arzneimittel: Wolfgang Simon, former bank manager at HypoVereinsbank Koblenz, resigned in July from the advisory board of the family business. He was succeeded by Franz-Josef Hans, CEO of the limited company and auditing firm ATCon.
The three-member advisory board is now composed by the new member Franz-Josef Hans, Advisory Board Chairman and founding member of the board Dr. Axel Sander, who is also partner of the law firm Sander & Krüger,and finally by Frank D. Kube, former managing director of the Whitehall-Much GmbH and board member since 2009. Together they support the family business particularly in the areas of expertise of law, finance as well as marketing/sales.
Back in 1974, lawyer Dr. Axel Sander founded the law firm Sander & Krüger, specializing in business law, in Frankfurt in addition to serving as a legal advisor at the "Bundesverband der Pharmazeutischen Industrie (BPI) e.V." (Federal Association of the pharmaceutical industry). Due to his decade-long presence in healthcare, until 2002 he had also been managing director of the BPI e.V., he made distinctive contacts to the European Union, Federal and State Authorities.
Frank D. Kube has a degree in business administration and was responsible for the Wyeth Company's OTC business in Germany and Switzerland. Until 2009, he was general director of the Whitehall-Much GmbH in Münster. For 16 years, Mr. Kube had been member as well as chairman of the Committee of Communications and Public Relations of the "Bundesverband der Arzneimittel-Hersteller (BAH) e.V." (Federal German Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers); since 1999 until his retirement in 2009, he had also been assessor in the BAH-board.
New advisory board member Franz-Josef Hans has a degree in business administration. He works as an auditor and tax consultant in Frankfurt. Ever since its establishment, he has been member of the board of directors at ATCon and today is chairman of the board. Mr. Hans has a professional experience of ten years in one of the top 5 accounting firms, complemented with seven years of activity in a managing position at a medium-sized accounting/ tax consulting firm. Today, his profession is completed with a lectureship position at the University of Applied Sciences of Darmstadt/Dieburg.
